2. Products
- We try to show our products, colours and packaging as accurately as possible. Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
- Fragrance experience, strength and longevity can vary from person to person depending on skin type, weather and application.
- Our perfumes and attars are for external use only. Please do a patch test before use if you have sensitive skin, keep them away from eyes and out of reach of children, and stop use if irritation occurs.

3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Prices, offers and product availability may change without notice.
- We accept online payments through secure payment gateways and Cash on Delivery (where available).
- If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or typing error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

4. Orders
We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if the product is out of stock, the delivery address is not serviceable, or we suspect fraud. If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Shipping, Returns and Refunds
