Refund policy

Returns
For hygiene and consumer safety, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of perfumes and attars that have been opened, tried or used.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective or you received the wrong product, we will send you a free replacement.
1. Record an unboxing video while opening the parcel.
2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp (+91 91198 82737) or email imamfragrances@gmail.com with your order number, photos and the unboxing video.
3. Once verified, we will ship the replacement at no extra cost. If the product is out of stock, we will issue a full refund.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made to your bank account or UPI ID.
