Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 carry a delivery charge of ₹60.

Delivery Time
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery within India usually takes 5–8 business days depending on your pincode. A tracking link is shared by email/SMS once your order is shipped.

Courier Partners
We ship through trusted courier partners such as Bluedart, Delhivery and others.

Damaged in Transit
Every order is packed carefully. If your parcel arrives damaged or leaking, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery — we will send a free replacement. See our Refund Policy for details.

International Orders
We currently ship within India. For international orders, please contact us on WhatsApp at +91 91198 82737.

Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us on WhatsApp or email. Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full to the original payment method. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
